If you’ve always wanted to build a bow, but have never been able to get the equipment, materials, and courage all together at one time, then this is bow project for you. We finished this one in a few days with a great build-along from “Poor Folk Bows“. Yes, it has more hand shock than a modern laminated glass recurve, but it’s still fun & cheap to build and shoot. We will definitely hunt with it in upcoming seasons. For now, it’s a great backyard shooter. (Check out the YouTube video below the slide show to see the bow being shot.)
