Lois and Charles visited the folks who originally had the Bible and photographed it (shown on this website). Relatively recently, the Bible was given to Roger D. Baker of Worcester, Massachusetts. Roger then gave the Bible (or photo copies of it—I’m not sure which) to The Library of Virginia in 2016, where it was placed in the archives under “Bible Records/Baker Family”. There are 7 leaves (or photocopies).

The library says that the Bible applies to Lee County, Virginia and North Carolina. It was printed in 1796.

Lois and Charles’ photos are of excellent quality; showing a great amount of detail. At this time, all 7 leaves are not shown on this website. Of greatest interest is the handwritten list of Andrew’s children. Only the youngest, Martha Baker, isn’t listed.
